Jakarta, 26 July 2024 – Soraya Berjaya Indonesia Tbk (SPRE), the largest bedroom products manufacturer in Sumatra through its Soraya Bedsheet brand, announced an important milestone in the second quarter of 2024. The company recorded a 5% increase in sales, thanks to the launch of new silk bed sheets and bed covers and premium pillows that have proved popular with customers.
Silk bed sheets and bed covers and premium pillows were the main contributors to this result, with demand continuing to grow among customers in many regions.

Financial Performance in Q2 2024
- Assets up 47.7% compared with the second quarter of the previous year, mainly due to investment in renovating buildings to support operations and increase production capacity.
- Liabilities down 49% after settling other obligations, giving the company a more stable financial position.
- Equity up 335%, driven by increased capital invested in product development and innovation.
New Products
In April 2024, Soraya Bedsheet launched its latest range, including silk bed sheets and bed covers and premium pillows.
"Our silk bed sheets offer a natural softness and sheen that not only make the bed look beautiful but also feel wonderfully comfortable to sleep on," Rizet continued.
