Our social and environmental responsibility activities follow:
- Law Number 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies;
- Government Regulation Number 47 of 2012 on the Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies;
- Tax regulations on deducting CSR costs from gross income, with deductible contributions capped at 5% of the previous year's net fiscal income.
